Thuo is an Energy Economist with over six years of experience in energy modeling, policy implementation, and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions forecasting. At Environment and Climate Change Canada, he led the Oil and Gas sector GHG modeling within the Economic Analysis Directorate.
