Currently support multiple assembly programs for both military and commercial aircraft. Extensive detail component fabrication experience in machining, sheet metal and composites. Established Root Cause and Corrective Action for detail components as well as airframe assemblies. Significant cutting tool development and specification along with production processes such as power feed drilling and countersinking. I am very knowledgeable in all types of aircraft fastener installation equipment, ranging from conventional rivets to blind fastening equipment, frangible collar tooling to torque controlled fastener installation tooling. I have substantial experience in aircraft modification, upgrade and retrofit. Experience with electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic aircraft systems installation and modification. Approved engineering drawing releases, established manufacturing planning manpower forecasts and was the primary focal point for the company’s aircraft modification / upgrade program. Highly experienced with Microsoft Office products; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Experienced user of CATIA, SAP, various ERP platforms and several process planning software suites; PIOS, CAPP, IMPCA, IMS and others. Currently hold Secret level security clearance.
