I am also an avid admirer of literature and comic books, which offer me creative and unique perspectives on society and human dilemmas. These interests enrich both my personal life and professional approach, making me a more empathetic and strategically-minded professional. I currently serve as a CX/UX Research Lead at Itaú Unibanco, focusing on investment product strategy, design evolution, accessibility, generative AI, and employee experience. I am always seeking innovative ways to enhance customer experience and research processes. I have experience in corporate research and in developing tailored strategies for various business segments, as well as in multi-sector trend monitoring to support crisis management. At SKY Brasil, I worked as a brand tracking and content management specialist, focusing on optimizing cost-to-audience efficiency in media contracts. I am committed to continuous learning and have recently deepened my knowledge in areas such as Customer Success Metrics, Continuous Discovery Habits, and Statistics. I also actively participate in both national and international conferences, including Agile Trends, TMRE, ESOMAR Latam, and ESOMAR.
