My experience with delivery of service to both internal and external customers from within several industries and settings has garnered numerous accolades from the peer level to high ranking government officials. My professional endeavors have been challenging and rewarding because I enjoy solving business problems and have a knack for process review and the development of policy and procedure. I have found many a rewarding challenge as a manager who possesses a leadership style which is collaborative, empathetic, empowering and structured. I implement a pragmatic approach to problem-solving and empower the person doing the actual job by facilitating a sense of personal ownership of the process and also building a sense of accountability by way of fostering a personal pride of ownership of one's work. This, coupled with tact and a business acumen which is beyond reproach, I achieve results that boost both morale and profitability. I leverage all that I have attained professionally to maximize impactful outcome driven results while striving to deliver the best experiences possible for both customer and coworker. My diverse professional background showcases my need to find projects that are both challenging, meaningful and impactful. I personally find working with the public energizing and can also work responsibly whether remotely, independently, and/or as a team member. I find creative freedom, clearly established goals, transparent leadership, open communication, timely feedback and employee recognition to be important attributes of a job.
