About Tia Benjamin

Every organization has a story to tell — a story that we can captivate, amaze, and transform communities if the story is conveyed effectively. My job is to translate that story through everyday service. I help nonprofit organizations assist clients by embracing organizational values. I focus on Purpose, People, and Process. I've spent 15 years working with organizations such as BakerRipley, Goodwill Industries of Houston, Search Homeless Services, and United Way of Greater Houston. My specialties include case management, leadership and management, fundraising, and engaging community partners and stakeholders. I remain passionate about service. There's certainly more to learn, more work to do, and yet and still more organizations to grow and build. And for this, I remain eager and thankful to do the work.
