Background
About Tia Christopher
Tia Christopher, Founder, CEO, of The Orange Peel: AI Integration Support Services, began her post-military career helping veterans navigate complex government systems, turning confusing policies into clear, useful guides. That drive to simplify the complicated still fuels her work today where she and her team uncomplicate the AI adoption process through plain language use policies and support materials. Recognized by the Obama White House as a Woman Veteran Champion of Change, Tia spent over a decade as an advocate for women veterans, and is currently writing a book documenting her healing journey and what it means to be a survivor turned startup CEO. Tia has held leadership roles across nonprofit and private sectors, specializing in strategic operations and high end fund development and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Assemble Pittsburgh. She splits her time between the US and Mexico, currently working on the expansion of her boutique AI Operations and Integration Support firm to include Mexico. Her hobby is throwing fabulous dinner parties, which she now does occasionally to support causes she cares about. Her event background can also been seen monthly via the event she co-hosts, Network for Impact.
