About Tia Guzman

I am a hard-working University of Central Florida graduate with a Bachelors in Health Services Administration. During my academic career, I also managed to accrue nearly 3 years of work experience. I had the privilege of working for Michaels in a Customer Experience Manager role in my free time, where I learned valuable professional skills such as preferred customer management, retail sales, and customer loyalty. I also spent time at an internship at The Commons at Orlando Lutheran Towers where I was able to gain more experience in the world of health care and exercise what I have learned in my studies. During the last 4 years I leaned into the Education field and worked as a Learner Services Advisor for students pursuing a career in the allied- healthcare field. I built strong relationships with these students by building rapport and being their support system throughout their programs. I sharpened my multi-tasking skills and adapted to a work from home environment. In both my academic and professional life, I have been consistently praised as efficient by my professors and peers. Whether working on academic, extracurricular, or professional projects, I apply proven problem-solving, management, and service skills.
