I consider myself an eclectic approach counselor. No two clients are the same, and I find it is better to apply various therapeutic interventions for the best client-centered treatment plan. The use of narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and existential therapy are the pillars of my sessions. Helping clients reach goals for self-reliance, problem resolution, coping skills, and healthy communication is the base of all sessions and activities. I will continue to grow in professional competencies and contribute to the development of both my clients and the community through advocacy and skill sharing. Helping as many people as possible obtain success within the wellness dimensions, whatever their configuration, is my holistic aspiration.
