About Tia Taylor
My name is Tia Taylor and I am a rising senior at Southern Methodist University. I am a current medical school applicant and have dedicated my academic studies under a pre-health lens. I am majoring in Biology and Health & Society with minors in Spanish and Neuroscience. I have a passion for serving underprivileged communities which is reflected in my work with Agape Clinic and the Quispicanchi region of southern Peru. My clinical experience include receiving my Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Certification and scribing at Pediatric Sports & Spine Associates. Regarding my school involvement, I am a ADSA (Academic Development of Student Athletes) tutor, honors mentor, honor council member, and SMU ambassador.
