I have been passionate about cooking for as long as I can remember, which led me to pursue a deeper knowledge in the field by enrolling an institution of higher education. It was there I had my first encounter with product development, sparking my interest in innovation and research within the culinary sector. After gaining experience in high-end kitchens, where I refined my culinary techniques, I realized that innovation was still calling me. Currently, I work in Research & Development (R&D), where I combine my culinary background with the demands of the industry, creating solutions that merge technique, creativity, and efficiency in every new product I create. My journey is driven by a constant search for new flavors and possibilities, always with an eye on the future of gastronomy and food.
