I’m a professional with an entrepreneurial mindset, passionate about people, leadership, and the art of building long-lasting relationships with customers. I have solid experience in startups and SaaS companies, working across areas like Customer Success, Account Management, Inside Sales, and Business Development. Throughout my career, I’ve learned to balance strategy with execution: thinking about long-term growth while not being afraid to get my hands dirty. I spent four years leading teams and discovered that leadership is less about having all the answers and more about asking the right questions, building trust, and growing together. Today, I’m back in an individual contributor role, focusing on B2B negotiation, customer relationships, and commercial strategy. I enjoy the challenge of navigating complex scenarios, crafting tailored solutions, and delivering real value, to both clients and the business. I talk about these experiences here, with lightness, real-life learnings, and a few unexpected parallels with football, music, and travel. Because I believe careers are also shaped outside of the office.
