Engineer with more than 23 years of experience in the automotive industry, ranging from the manufacturing sector to the development of new products. Professional with extensive experience in production processes, quality and tooling, initially working in the standardization and optimization of production operations. Experience with technical support, specialized in the development and calibration of engines and transmissions, focusing on testing and validation using AVL dynamometers, as well as calibration updates in several global plants. Expertise in integration of systems and controllers focused on software, with experience in calibration and diagnostic tools, such as Datalogger and Intrepid Vehicle SPY. Solid performance in the development of scripts for test automation with AVL PUMA and in the operation of equipment such as Indicom for combustion pressure measurement, in addition to working with ETAS/INCA software for calibration variables. Active participation in the implementation of new global tests and in the implementation of the Global Manufacturing System (GMS) in engineering. Black Belt certification in Design for Six Sigma, and experience in coordinating audits, elaboration of standards and procedures, team training and evaluation of performance indicators (KPI's).
