As a Client Communications Specialist I am contacting & transferring clients to other parties and persuading them on products, goods and services. This is a High volume outgoing & incoming call center. Customer Service, Clinical Trainer, Training new employees, answering phones,(high volume incoming & outgoing calls) scheduling, rescheduling appointments, inputting insurance & verifying, emailing, tracking in EXCEL, Microsoft Word, seeing patients & assisting the doctors Chairside orthodontic assisting; taking & developing radiographs Sterilization of medical equipment; Lab work, answering any questions that the patients may have HIPAA & OSHA officer, Keeping up to date with the Federal & State regulations regarding HIPAA & OSHA, keeping track of CPR certifications Formalized Binders containing MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) & keeping them up to date Tracking Hepatitis B immunizations needed for our employees to work in the orthodontic office. Ensuring that the office is following the CDC (Center for Disease Control) the ADA (American dental Association) & MDA ( Michigan Dental Association)guidelines for a properly working Orthodontic Office Keeping in contact with the local Fire Department in regards to Hazardous Chemicals and Materials Inventory Survey for all 4 locations
