I’m Tiana Kumar—an explorer at heart, passionate about unlocking potential in people and organizations. My journey as an HR Executive at Submitcore Pvt. Ltd. has been an incredible adventure, where I’ve embraced every challenge with enthusiasm, helping shape the company’s culture through talent acquisition, soft skills training, and content creation. With a BBA specialization in Business Analytics, I bring a strong analytical mindset to my HR role, blending data-driven decision-making with people-centric strategies. My journey has taken me through various internships where I sharpened my skills in talent acquisition and employee engagement. One of the highlights was working as a Placement Coordinator at the Indian School of Business (ISB), Mohali, where I collaborated with top-tier companies such as Nykaa, Alvarez & Marsal, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. This experience gave me invaluable exposure to the corporate world and deepened my passion for building strong, innovative teams.
