About Tiane Sutton

I am a huge believer of personal development. Sure, people can go to work for more pay, status, or security. However, I believe that individuals can tie a strong purpose (why they live their life) with a model of developing an income conducive to that belief (how they make a living). My underlying goal is to lead more people to a fulfilling lifestyle where there are no disconnections from home life and work life. I intend to uplift and encourage my coworkers around me to grow together and challenge the opportunity for new heights. I enjoy meeting new people and hearing their stories! It amazes me when I learn about the different backgrounds of people. I believe in network development (it's not what you know it's who you know). Throughout my years of developing relationships and connecting people to opportunities, I have gained an experience in customer service. My employment history shows different backgrounds from reception to account receivable to inside sales and even account managing. In personal experiences, I have gain skills from public speaking, leadership training, and mentorship. Our society is stronger when people help people. When given an opportunity, people can change the world for equity and greater good.
