Working as a consultant, I’ve led data quality assessments for buy-side deals, validated pre-IPO reporting, and supported integration planning - mostly using Python, SQL, and judgment across messy system exports. My work typically falls into three areas: Data Quality and Due Diligence • Assessed post-acquisition risks for UK telecom deals, defining diagnostic checks across 300+ irregular exports • Flagged 35% reporting inconsistency and 2% unexplained variance in pre-IPO streaming subscription data Investment-Facing Analytics • Built SQL-based saturation models for a £4bn UK network rollout, informing board-level prioritisation • Designed regression and scenario models to test investment assumptions in telco and infra contexts Reporting and Vendor Alignment • Built a KPI prototype used by PMO, strategy, and sales; defined specs for vendor productionisation • Designed vendor screening criteria for credit risk data use cases in China, based on expert interviews and surveys I focus on turning ambiguous or inconsistent data into clarity — so investors, operators, or boards can act on it with confidence.
