About Tiara Paylor

A self-starter who is results driven; my goal is to meet business needs as well as needs of the customer. I have 13 years of excellent customer service experience, which is combined with retail service and customer care via phone. Of the 13 years, I have three years of leadership experience as a Team Lead at Target. I am detail oriented and transparent. I have the ability to complete multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and meet specific deadlines. My communication skills allow me to build rapport with others and to leave a great lasting impression. I enjoy being apart of highly motivated teams. Being able to network inside and outside of the workplace is my way to build meaningful business relationships to propel myself to new heights in my career. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with loved ones, reading, and traveling. I have a 4-year-old Maltipoo who is a full of energy and can bring joy to anyone’s day. I also enjoy hiking and riding ATVs.
