About Tiara Ward

Known for ability to see solutions. As a Project Manager at The Violet Group, I'm in a role that allows me lean into one of my greatest strengths: finding solutions. I’ve always been passionate about being part of something bigger than myself — contributing to organizations or teams that serve their community and encourage and prioritize growth, both personally and professionally. What drives me most is the chance to amplify and advocate for the unique talents and skills of others. I value collaboration and love being part of a team where diverse perspectives come together to move ideas forward and make an impact. I’m someone who welcomes challenges, seeing them as a chance to learn, grow, and improve—whether the experience leads to success or valuable lessons from failure. It’s all part of the journey, and I’m excited to keep evolving!
