With over seventeen years of experience as a Fresenius Medical Care North America patient care technician, I perform hemodialysis procedures, ensure patient safety, and comply with HIPAA regulations. I have multiple certifications in dialysis technology and nursing assistance, and an esthetics license from the Maryland Board of Cosmetology. I am also a skilled esthetician, providing quality skin care services to a diverse clientele, using my knowledge of products, treatments, and techniques. I have worked as an esthetician and a front desk associate at Massage Envy, where I developed strong customer service skills and a passion for helping people improve their health and well-being physically and mentally. I am currently studying Healthcare Services and Management at the University of Maryland Global Campus, and I hope to combine my medical background and skin care expertise to pursue a career in healthcare management.
