Recently relocated to Dublin, I bring seasoned expertise in cybersecurity education and awareness, focused on Human Risk Management. My passion lies in developing a security-first culture within any organization. With a background working within the energy, financial services and telecommunication sectors, I've developed and implemented comprehensive multi-year Cybersecurity Awareness and Education Programmes for Irish and top Canadian institutions ranging from to employees. These initiatives prioritized risk mitigation, focused on behavioral modification through targeted education, communication and engagement campaigns to ensure compliance with Security and Canadian governmental frameworks. I achieve my goals by constantly leveraging real-time metrics, existing threat intelligence, and feedback from a network of security champions, to drive impactful engagement where it is most needed. My expertise includes working towards compliance with governing standards and frameworks such as NIST and ISO27001, partnering internal business partners and IS to establish robust partnerships and champion networks.
