I’m a Microsoft Practice Lead and second-line manager, overseeing eight first-line managers and a 160-person organization that delivers across the entire Microsoft technology stack — with emphasis on Azure.NET, Power Platform, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365. I drive strategy across delivery, recruitment, reskilling, and practice growth, ensuring the practice consistently meets high performance standards in utilization, retention, and client satisfaction. My expertise blends technical depth with leadership scale. I’m an Azure & .NET Solutions Architect with strong capabilities in complex integrations, cloud migrations, and delivering projects from the ground up through every stage of the lifecycle. My technical reach also includes data platforms and enterprise-level system design and integration. I’m deeply involved in AI adoption at scale, including the design and operation of the Microsoft Experience Zone in Romania — a hands-on environment built with Microsoft to showcase Copilot, Agentic AI, and other Microsoft technologies in action. This initiative has helped clients accelerate solution prototyping, improve adoption speed, and visualize tangible business value from emerging technologies.
