Today's IT is characterized by many changes, growing demands and the need for fast, secure data exchange and good communication. A flexible yet stable, secure and low-impact IT infrastructure is the prerequisite and goal of all involved.As can be seen from my background, I bring with me the knowledge for successful completion of tasks and the processes / projects to be controlled both in project and process management (ITIL). This knowledge includes, among others:• Strategic alignment of IT service services to business needs• Initiation / control of projects and optimal, appropriate use of resources• Monitoring implementation, testing and rollout phases in ongoing projects• Monitoring and adjustment of the agreed SLAs• Standardization of IT processes, quality management• Integration of external partners, monitoring of services provided• Organization of human resources, escalation, de-escalation and reporting• Leadership and guidance of the team, staff development discussions, objectives• Interviewing, personnel selection based on personal and professional skills• Friendly interaction and reliable cooperation with customers and employeesPractical experience in project, process and leadership management, in the planning, organization, operation of the IT and as leader of a support team and the service desk are my most important arguments for my further career. I want to help to establish IT as a supporting process with a high quality standard in the interest of the company, but also to constantly improve and develop it, always keeping an eye on safety, risks and costs.
