About Tieming Yuan

Tieming is a SAFe 5 Program Consultant and data scientist, his main work revolves around agile coaching, team facilitation using scrum and kanban, scaled agile implementation and business intelligence. His data analytics work has transformed company's decision-making process, enabling stakeholders to extract information from new dimensions. Tieming is also an agile coach/consultant, where he coach teams to adopt an agile mindset, scrum and kanban methodology, The Scaled Agile Framework and enhances multi-team synergy. Tieming was a senior officer with Singapore Police Force. He has solved death cases, violent crimes and put serial thieves in prison. He was also the Sword of Honour during his Officer Cadet Course. His interest in data science started during his university days, where he did a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Management at Newcastle University UK and a Master of Science in Business Analytics from the University of Edinburgh. Tieming is also an avid squash player, he was the police squash team chairman, university team president and still plays in the Singapore National League.
