Hello there! I'm a hospitality professional with 7 years in one of the top companies in the industry. This experience has highlighted my passion for helping others and doing my part to bring happiness and joy into the world. My leadership style is servant leadership and making sure my employees feel motivated and valued. I have my MBA and recently completed a Digital Marketing certificate program. I'm enthusiastic about accomplishing projects and setting and then exceeding those goals. I'm an outgoing personality with strengths in communication, leadership, problem solving, sales, and organization. Outside of work, I love to travel and adventure. I push myself to try new things and venture outside of my comfort zone, usually convincing others to do the same. Work life balance it important to me, but something I definitely don't always prioritize. Which is why I spend most of free time outside, camping, biking, hiking, really anything that gives me that natural serotonin! I'm always in search of new challenges and learning opportunities. I am looking to work for an organization that creates opportunities for career development and matches my core values of open-mindedness, servant leadership, and a little bit of fun!
