I have been working in this role for over two years, and I am passionate about delivering high-quality customer experiences. Prior to this, I worked as a Backline Specialist Representative at DHL, where I honed my communication and problem-solving skills. I also have 15 years of Human Resources and Talent Management. I am currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Southern New Hampshire University, which will further enhance my ability to manage and develop teams and grow in the Human Resource field. I am also proficient in computer science, having earned an associate's degree in the field from Wright Career College. My goal is to continue growing as a professional in the customer service industry and to contribute to the success of Spectrum and its customers.
