I have over 7 years if experience in management and have led teams in developing clear strategies, providing resources/training, and maintaining compliance standards to achieve organizational and team success. I'm looking for a management position in administration to continue to deliver and build customer loyalty. I have been number one out of 137 selectee to represent my company and providing excellent care to patients needs. I have led military operations and sustained a flawless record while ensuring 100% of accountability for over 1million of resources. I have spent the last year and half on adapting to the demand and changes that Covid brought to the health care organization. I know that I'm well prepared and demonstrate the importance of team work to ensure that we all achieve the common goal. If training staff is great I am able to learn.
