I have succeeded by using my leadership, project management, analytical, communication skills: LEADERSHIP In fewer than two years, I was promoted from client services consultant to a senior and then lead role. I continually improved processes, not just on my 30-person team but also for the support department. I also led issue escalation for internal and external stakeholders. PROJECT MANAGEMENT As the founding client services consultant of Bazaarvoice's first international office in London, I managed a portfolio of UK and EU client projects with varying timelines and successfully launched US$150K in revenue in six months while collaborating with sales, account management, and product teams. ANALYTICAL In my capacity as a user experience researcher, I employed both qualitative and quantitative research methods to redesign and optimize workflows for a variety of customers. Using data-driven decisions, I built an in-house content moderation platform and improved accuracy and efficiency by 70%, which increased client satisfaction and reduced liability to my company. COMMUNICATION Whether delivering a presentation or documenting processes, I have a knack for communicating technical concepts in a way that my audiences understand.
