About Tiffany A. Daniel

I have a heart for social impact, community building, organizational transformation, and all things people + culture. I've been impactful in driving measurable outcomes through my experience in operations and project management, with a keen focus on strategic transformation projects and culture change initiatives.Throughout my career, I’ve led projects that brought about meaningful change, whether managing operations across the US and Canada at Via Separations, or overseeing pivotal projects at NewYork-Presbyterian, including the launch of the Alexandra Cohen Hospital for Women and Newborns. I’ve also had the privilege of working alongside political officials—such as the Queensborough President and key members of the NYC Governor and Mayor’s offices—on initiatives like budget planning and the opening of the Moot Courtroom at CUNY Law. In each of these experiences, my focus has been on driving transformation that truly benefits the people and empowers meaningful change. That has has shaped the work I do and value so much today. Work is a choice we each make every day and it should feel (and ultimately do) good.If I can be of value in any capacity, let's connect!
