About Tiffany Bergquist

I have been a registered nurse for over 25 years, working in various hospitals, care settings, and the military. Leadership has always been that one factor that either provided extreme high points or extreme low points in my career. The effect of high quality leadership can having amazing results, but how does one become a great leader. I have had the pleasure/ honor of being exposed to all types of leaders (good and bad). The one question that I always ask is "how does someone develop the skills to be a true leader, or how in the world did you become a leader?" I am passionately involved in researching and finding out what factors influence leaders' skills sets, and helping them to becoming even better, especially in the nursing field. Great leadership often produces great outcomes and positively developing others. This is my passion and goal. Provide at the bedside through leadership!
