About Tiffany Bohm

As a Senior Scrum Master I have over five years of experience in coaching and mentoring teams on Agile practices, facilitating project meetings and ceremonies, and championing Agile methodologies throughout the enterprise. I hold multiple certifications in Scrum, Product Ownership, and SAFe, demonstrating my commitment and expertise in the Agile framework. I am passionate about women in tech and building high performing teams that deliver value and impact. I have successfully led the Major Incident Management process, created new processes to sustain continual service improvement, and collaborated with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement process improvements. I also established an Enterprise Agile CoP that holds monthly lunch and learns on Agile best practices. My goal is to enable and empower teams to achieve their objectives and exceed their expectations.
