About Tiffany Boland

I’m a senior HR practitioner with a passion for digital HR transformation. With over 10 years’ experience across senior HR partnering, organisational development and HR transformation, I’m passionate about improving employee experience through human-centred design — creating solutions that survive contact with reality and reflect how people actually work, while genuinely making life easier for HR teams and leaders.I’m experienced in working with stakeholders at all levels, including business leaders, IT teams, blue-collar workforces, academic leaders and C-suite executives. As well as placing value on listening to frontline end users to ensure solutions are practical, adopted and sustainable. With a strong change management and consultancy skillset, I enjoy partnering with organisations to identify problem areas, design tailored solutions and lead successful implementations across people, process and systems.
