About Tiffany Brien

I’ve been part of the property world since 2012 with Simon Brien Residential, starting out front of house and working my way up to Director in Simon Brien, now overseeing our North Down and North Belfast branches. My main base is North Down, where I work across a wide range of homes — from first-time buys to some of the most sought-after properties and prestigious homes in Northern Ireland. I also spent time in Dubai with Espace Real Estate, which was an amazing experience both personally and professionally. It opened my eyes to a completely different pace and style of working — something I’ve brought home and blended into how I approach property here. In my earlier years, I had a very different life — I was a full time sailor, representing Ireland internationally from the age of 14 through to 24, campaigning for two Olympic Games (2008 and 2012) during that time. The drive, focus, and competitive mindset I developed then are still at the core of how I work today. And while I love what I do in my work, my most important (and rewarding) role is being a mum to our two young girls — my aim being to show them the value of hard work, passion, and believing in yourself.
