With over 6 years of experience in the Hospitality and Property Management industry, I am a dedicated and passionate leader who strives to deliver exceptional service and value to guests, staff, and stakeholders. As the Night Operations Manager at Hilton, I oversee the budgeting, security, and quality control of the hotel operations during the night shift, ensuring compliance with brand standards and customer satisfaction. I also support the nonprofit organizations that partner with Hilton, such as Project Hope and World Central Kitchen, by facilitating donations, volunteering, and awareness campaigns. Previously, I was the Manager on Duty and the Front Desk Receptionist at IHG Hotels & Resorts, where I handled guest inquiries, complaints, and reservations, as well as supervised the front office team and coordinated with other departments. I have acquired and honed skills in communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and customer service, which have enabled me to contribute to the success and reputation of the hotels I have worked for. I have also been recognized for my academic and professional achievements, receiving multiple awards and scholarships, such as the Strayer University 5k Scholarship and the IHG Employee of the Month Award.
