About Tiffany Carollo

Throughout my previous work experiences my primary focus has been providing sales and customer service to various clients such as physical therapy patients, retail shoppers, and toddlers. As a physical therapist aid, I assisted people of all ages. I lead individuals through personalized workouts, scheduled therapy appointments, answered questions about patient’s regiments, and educated those unfamiliar with the facility. In addition to my primary tasks I answered the phone, registered new patients, provided guidance, and strove to deliver an overall positive experience. As a nanny, I focus on giving individual attention to each child to meet his or her specific needs. I also make sure that their house is organized, obtain any items they need, shop for groceries, and clean consistently throughout the day. No mess is left on my watch. A clear space is a clear mind in my eyes. During my time at Victoria’s Secret, I made sure customers had a pleasant experience by keeping the dressing rooms clean and offering friendly assistance to anyone in need. I also made sure to always meet our sales goals. My approach is to not force, but offer the guidance needed to feel comfortable making the purchase.
