About Tiffany Cornwall

Tiffany Cornwall is a leader in health equity and strategy consulting, with demonstrated experience across diverse sectors such as academia, consulting, non-profit organizations, and healthcare insurance. Currently pursuing her PhD at the University of Michigan School of Public Health, she leads her own research agenda and frequently collaborates with interdisciplinary teams that are dedicated to leadership, equity, social justice, and innovation. As the inaugural Health Equity Doctoral Fellow at UnitedHealth Group, Tiffany collaborates closely with senior leadership to establish the Office of Health Equity as a thought leader in the healthcare industry. She works closely with the Chief Health Equity Officer and broader team to infuse health equity across the enterprise. At Advancing Health Equity, a consulting firm dedicated to advancing health equity, Tiffany plays a pivotal role in advancing the organization's mission to dismantle racism in healthcare and eliminate health disparities. She assists organizations in integrating complex health equity principles and frameworks across their organization. Tiffany holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) in Health Management and Policy from the University of Michigan. She completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Public Health at Spelman College, where she achieved Phi Beta Kappa distinction. She is a proud first-generation Jamaican and alumna of A Better Chance and the Wadleigh Scholars Program in New York City.
