Background
About Tiffany Criswell
I began in the workforce at age fourteen as a youth group coordinator for the South Louisville Neighborhood Association. My role was to assist in developing an after-school program for children ages 6-18, and acting as a positive paradigm for kids in the South Louisville area. The program, called KOPs (Kids On Patrol), offered constructive activities as an alternative to youth being ‘on the streets’. An after-school tutoring and mentoring program named The Lighthouse was later included to add educational opportunities otherwise not available to these particular children. I was also actively involved in grant proposal and fundraising projects for the program. I have since gained extensive experience through both career and volunteering activities. My skills continue to grow and develop with each new opportunity.
