I’m an expert at integrating ideas within a cross-functional team and clearly communicating the vision to drive progress.I didn't float from the halls of academia to CEO as hinted by my college advisers. Degree in hand, I began to pay my dues in unanticipated ways.I moved up the ranks from Customer Service Representative to Forecast Analyst/Planner. I continued receiving promotions to a Strategic Price Analyst role, and was finally promoted to Associate Product Manager. I have now parlayed all of these experiences into my current role as Business Systems Analyst at AVX. My knowledge built level by level-Mfg brought knowledge of the production process and product construction for Tantalum capacitors-Customer Service, FC/Planner, and Inventory Manager taught relationship building, order processing, ordering & mfg systems, logistics, distribution channels, sales, and request for quote response. This role broadened product knowledge to Tantalum, Ceramics, & Aluminum-Military accounts led to understanding DFARS/regulations & specs from MIL-PRF-123 to MIL-C-11015, reading dwgs, interpreting quality clauses and custom pricing for special requirements-Auto forecasting yielded the value of predicting behavior by analyzing data for patterns to prevent a line down despite MRP errors & understanding AEC-Q200 requirements and PPAPs-Strategic Price Analyst was a lesson in business analytics, identifying the market, data mining, strategic price setting, custom price shell creation, negotiation, and production costs' impact-Associate PM taught product launches, customer applications, issuing PCNs, mkting, and business case creation to promote cap ex approval for new technologyI’m always interested in talking with colleagues, managers, and like-minded professionals, so feel free to send me an invitation to connect.
