With over 10 years of work experience, I am a skilled and reliable Chief Deputy Clerk who can perform a variety of clerical and legal duties in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. I am passionate about serving the public and ensuring the smooth operation of the court system. I have expertise in issuing legal warrants, preparing and distributing court orders, and entering data in computer systems. I value teamwork, accuracy, and professionalism, and I strive to uphold the highest standards of ethics and integrity in my work. Currently, I work as Chief Deputy Clerk for the City of Lebanon, where I handle various tasks, such as creating and maintaining files, typing, copying, filing, and faxing documents, processing certified and regular mail, and pulling files scheduled for court. I also issue subpoenas, summons, orders, processes, and writs, and generate reports using the computer. I have strong attention to detail, communication, and written communication skills, which enable me to perform my duties efficiently and effectively. I enjoy working with the judges, prosecutors, attorneys, officers, and other court staff, and I always aim to provide excellent customer service to the public.
