With a dynamic background in healthcare settings across revenue cycle and medical practice operations, I have the unique ability to perform all operational functions of medical practices. Leveraging my cross-functional skills, I see the big and small picture, including the intricate details of the day-to-day, how those details add up to meet organizational goals, and how to complete goals with keeping objectives in mind. My positive attitude and willingness to step up where needed has helped me stand out as a leader. I firmly believe that leaders are the example by which employees should be measured. With a keen ability to think ahead, I streamline my work and accomplish projects preemptively, allowing me to better anticipate the needs of my employees and providers to make their job as easy and seamless as possible. I believe that challenges give us room to grow. My philosophy is: A problem isn’t a problem, it’s a challenge and an opportunity. With sharp problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and reliability, I easily figure out how to get things done. My colleagues know I am someone they can count on. If I don’t have the answer or skill, I know where to go to for help, figure out a solution, and follow-up with the results. In my free time, I am an avid reader of non-fiction books. Recently, I became interested in my family genealogy, and discovered that my 10th great-grandfather was a patentee of the Royal Charter of Connecticut in 1662 by King Charles II.
