I have utilized my expertise in Programming, Customer Service, and Information Technology to identify new opportunities, expand the customer base, deepen existing relationships, and satisfy corporate strategic objectives. Other breadth of experience includes Sales Management, CRM, Business Development, Project Management, Risk Management, Technical Support. From the onset, I wanted to work with people in a completely different way while challenging myself. Leveraging my background, I help companies achieve goals by demonstrating excellent customer service and technology applications implementation with practical solutions to emerging problems. In every position, I engaged with teams in driving results that embody a shared purpose, while delivering positive outcomes for customers, company and communities. I have built a rewarding career from the ground up - drawing on my tech background as a professional utilizing software tools and languages to stay on top of the minutiae while always looking at the bigger picture. My mantra: “Learn from the mistake and accept them to improve next time”. An error doesn’t become a mistake until you refuse to correct it. This is one of my favorite sayings, and it is an art I have mastered across my years in business. I’m passionate about helping teams, and team members tackle their biggest challenge. My strongest attribute is my determination. I take on challenges head-on and enjoy stepping up to management decisions that would require that I be at my best and provide input to re-set the goal-line. Such contributions could be in the form of managing all administrative duties with promptness and detailed orientation, among others. Leveraging my technical skills and versatility, I am quick to adapt to new roles, job requirements, team, and work culture. Being that type of person has makes me a great addition to any organization.
