I have a diverse professional history, having spent 13 years in the restaurant industry and 6 years prior to that as a hairstylist in the beauty industry. Currently, I'm the Sales Manager at Palasad, a state-of-the-art restaurant and entertainment center in London, ON. My responsibilities include connecting with potential hosts, planning and booking group events, ensuring high service standards through follow-up, and maintaining relationships with past event hosts. My goal is to attract corporate, school, sport teams, and social groups to Palasad for their group and team-building events. I want to ensure they have an amazing experience and leave thrilled with their choice. As the saying goes,"The Group That Plays Together, Stays Together." Additionally, I oversee the sales team at both locations, ensuring they are comfortable in their roles and providing weekly sales training to keep them confident in their daily tasks. This includes areas like following the PCQPC program, upselling, building guest relationships, cold calls, and outreach and follow-up with past parties.
