As a current student pursuing a degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering at Kennesaw State University, I leverage over 6 years of invaluable experience in project management. My background includes managing complex heavy industrial construction projects and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) construction projects. I am presently engaged in impactful research with the Kennesaw State University Research Department, where I am delving into the motivations behind the hesitation of younger generations to donate blood and developing strategies to mitigate donation-related anxiety. Leveraging the invaluable ISYE (Industrial and Systems Engineering) skills I've acquired as a student, I am actively applying analytical methodologies to unravel complex socio-economic dynamics and create actionable insights that drive meaningful change.
