About Tiffany Rieth

I’m a Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure Engineer with 13+ years of experience designing and supporting secure, scalable systems across the Microsoft ecosystem. My background includes completing over 30 M365 tenant migrations, managing vSphere environments, and leading projects in identity security, disaster recovery, and endpoint hardening. I specialize in helping organizations modernize legacy infrastructure. Whether that means leading hybrid cutovers, managing Entra configurations, or reworking upgrade paths to avoid downtime, I bring a pragmatic mindset to stability and long-term maintainability. Most recently, I wrapped up a 6-year run as a Senior Systems Engineer where I led work in Microsoft 365, Azure, virtualization, and cloud security. Since then, I’ve continued supporting clients while staying hands-on with disaster recovery planning and evolving hybrid cloud environments. I’m drawn to collaborative, cloud-forward teams where engineers actively share knowledge and infrastructure is treated as a long-term strategic investment. While my core expertise is in the Microsoft cloud stack, I’ve also started expanding into Google Workspace to build cross-platform fluency. Open to hybrid or remote roles in Azure engineering, M365 infrastructure, cloud architecture, or cybersecurity.
