I thrive on making sure that I am taking all the necessary and appropriate steps in order to gain and maintain an upmost outstanding and professional customer experience every time I am of assistance. I firmly believe knowledge is power. I am always looking at and for better ways to improve the processes in which I utilize on a daily basis to help to grow my expertise as well as to help those around me. I appreciate and encourage every part of feedback and find the best way to implement it. I have taken my many years of experience working within the customer service field and been able to transform all of that knowledge into becoming an outstanding corporate trainer.
