About Tiffany Roby

Tiffany Roby is a board-certified nurse practitioner who aspires to empower others to take control of their health. Passionate about caring for patients holistically, Tiffany aims to establish trusting relationships that fosters collaboration, to reach optimal outcomes. Tiffany received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Doctorate in Nursing Practice at Saint Anthony College of Nursing. With over twelve years in the healthcare industry, Tiffany has served the OSF Healthcare community for eleven years and is currently employed as a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner at OSF’s Cardiovascular Institute where she specializes in Heart Failure. During her career as a RN, she worked in various settings, including Intermediate/Step-Down ICU and Telemetry units. She also utilized her specialized skillset at the front line to help combat the COVID-19 pandemic. Tiffany was nominated for the Daisy and RN of the year awards during her RN career. Tiffany is a member of the American Nurses Association, Stateline Nurses Network, American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and Sigma Theta Tau International, Phi Omicron Chapter 493. She was inducted into Sigma Theta Tau International in 2019 for her academic excellence. Her Doctoral graduate project,"Transforming Inpatient Diabetes," received an Honorable mention for application of Evidence-Based Practice in 2022 during her time at Saint Anthony College of Nursing. When Tiffany is not caring for others, she enjoys fitness and traveling.
