About Tiffany Rogers

I began my journey at Settlers Hospitality Group (SHG) as a part-time bartender and quickly worked my way up to Food & Beverage director. Working for a family run business in the Pocono Mountains Region, one wears many hats (Assistant Front Desk Manager, Restaurant Manager, IT Support, Founder of the Mill Market’s Craft Beer Shop, and Safety Committee Head). My 8 years with SHG were a great experience, and also where I discovered my passion for wine, craft beer, and service. I switched gears and began my work with LT Verrastro, Inc, Northeast East Pennsylvania’s best wholesale beer distributor. I wanted to learn from the ground up, and began as a merchandiser (assisting other sales reps, building displays, rotating dates, etc.)- what a change from managing a fine dining, farm to table restaurant! I was quickly promoted to Craft Beer Specialist, and covered 5 of our 8 counties for craft beer sales. After planning countless tap takeovers, craft beer festivals, pairing dinners, and staff education seminars, sales grew exponentially.Always looking forward, I joined Empire Brewing Company in 2016 and 1911 Hard Cider in 2017, where I held a variety of roles over NY and NJ (including Sales Rep, Regional Brand Manager, Director of Sales). These roles involved growing existing accounts, building new business, planning and executing countless successful events, driving corporate chain calls, opening new markets, and overseeing sales team performance and training. The journey came full circle, and I returned to my roots at Settlers Hospitality Group as Senior Director of Catering, Malt Maven, and Chief of Staff. As always, it was a job of many hats - managing budgets, scheduling, planning, inventory and event execution, as well as anything craft beer related. Navigating our team and event clients through COVID and beyond as well as opening three new properties in one year were particularly exciting challenges.Looking for a new challenge led me to The Country Club of Scranton, and it has been an absolute pleasure to take on the role of F&B Director. Can’t wait to see what the future holds!
