With over nine years of work experience in event coordination, they have a passion for creating impactful and memorable experiences for various causes and organizations. As a Special Event Coordinator at Diaper Jam ICT, they planned, organized, and managed a group of people to host charity events that raised awareness and funds for social issues such as child abuse, education, and health. They applied their management skills to oversee the budget, logistics, marketing, and execution of the events, ensuring quality and efficiency. They also collaborated with sponsors, donors, vendors, volunteers, and media partners to build strong relationships and leverage their support. Prior to that, they worked as a Sealer at Spirit AeroSystems, where they gained hands-on experience in the aerospace industry and learned to work under pressure and strict deadlines. They have a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Wichita State University, and they are interested in exploring the intersection of justice, technology, and innovation.
