About Tiffany Sims

I am an experienced professional with a strong background in project management, operations, and client-focused service. In 2010, I launched and managed my own business, Tiffany Sims Photography, where I gained extensive experience overseeing end-to-end projects — from planning and scheduling to coordinating resources, budgets, and client deliverables. Running a business taught me how to manage timelines, adapt quickly to challenges, and ensure quality outcomes while balancing multiple priorities. I bring proven skills in organization, leadership, and process improvement, with a passion for creating efficient systems that allow teams and projects to succeed. My approach combines creativity and strategic thinking, enabling me to deliver results in both structured and dynamic environments. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Robert, and our two kids, Parker and Taylor. You’ll often find us at a ball field on the weekends, supporting baseball, softball, or soccer. I’m excited to bring my dedication, adaptability, and project management experience into new opportunities where I can contribute to organizational growth and success.
