With over four years of experience as an interior designer and a visual merchandiser, I am passionate about creating inspirational spaces that reflect the needs, preferences, and lifestyles of IKEA customers. I am pursuing a graphic design certificate from Collin College, and I am proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office. I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team of co-workers, managers, and partners, and I always strive to learn new skills and improve my performance. As an Interior Designer at IKEA, I plan and lead the implementation of inspirational vignettes and room settings, using my creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. I have also participated in several projects, such as the 2022 Centennial Remodel, San Francisco store build up, and I won the IKEA Texas Expansion T-Shirt design contest. I have received recognition for my work, such as the Co-Worker of the Month: Leading by Example award in October 2022. I am also flexible and adaptable, and I occasionally take on the role of a visual merchandiser, designing and maintaining various departments in the store.
