Not only did i learn pastry but whenever i could, would learn some basic skills from the line. Also, when the time came, i got the honor of leading a team. Ending a great three years there i moved on to Radius in Boston, Massachusetts. I was taught a good amount of bread skills and new age techniques for pastry through Chef PJ Waters.
